Canada receives a D- in 2014 Report Card on Physical Activity for Children and Youth

Canada is one of 15 countries who released a 2014 Report Card on Physical Activity for Children and Youth this May. Canada’s overall physical activity score, a D-, is at the bottom of the pack.
Canada’s best grade, a B+, was in the Community & the Built Environment category, and its lowest, a D, was in the Active Transportation category.

The 2013 New Brunswick State of the Child Report and Children’s Right and Well-Being Framework
